Kwanzaa is a 7 days celebration observed from December 26 to January 1 every year to honor the universal significance of African culture and Heritage. The participants light a Kinara (Candle Holder) to mark the celebration and it was first celebrated from December 26, 1966 to January 1, 1967 and was founded by Ron Karega. Kwanzaa is widely regarded as an African American Holiday.
